Meet Dr. Michael LeeDr. Michael Lee is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who practices the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Lee completed his residency training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he received specialized training in all aspects of his surgical field. Prior to residency, Dr. Lee earned a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine Health & Society from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science from Drexel University and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from University of Kentucky. As a second generation Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Lee followed in his father’s footsteps by establishing himself as a provider specializing in state–of–the–art techniques with utmost dedication to patient recovery. He learned early on how technique and utilization of technology can improve outcomes for patients facing complex surgical problems. This has allowed Dr. Lee to perform complex dentoalveolar, orthognathic and reconstructive surgeries as well as implement TMJ and zygomatic dental implant reconstruction into his practice. In addition to his private practice work, Dr. Lee is a clinical instructor in the Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery practice at Rush University Medical Center as well as an associate clinical instructor at Christ Advocate Medical Center. |
